507 Diagnosis of melanoma and multiples basal cell carcinomas in a 48 year old patient: a case report

This study aims to report a case of 48 year old male patient with melanoma and multiple basal cell carcinomas diagnosed by biopsy. The was admitted at Dermatology Service in February 2022, referred from another service, which it suspected skin picking melanoma. At the time primor consult, observed on examination diffuse infiltrated ulcerated lesions, raised borders biggest one (right calf) measuring approximately 10cm largest diameter melanocytic macule 3x2 cm left arm. He also presented horizontal nystagmus, as well found his brother who accompanying patient. additionally had history schizophrenia diabetes use haloperidol, risperidone, sertraline, biperiden insulin. Four biopsies were done: an excisional macule, three incisionals lesions major risk calf, right hand arm) he ophthalmologist. On histopathological first lesion compatible situ two others nodular carcinoma. ophthalmologic evaluation showed congenital nystagmus misrouting eye, cataract both eyes, leading difficult eye fundus, no compatibility syndromic diagnosis. specialized oncology center for specific treatment.
